Changes to the Terms

Samurkas Software is continuously developing. We may occasionally make changes to the Platform or these Terms. We may need to modify these Terms to reflect updates, changes to the Platform (including the suspension of any feature or section), legal or commercial reasons, or to protect our products. We may make these changes at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for any updates.

However, if a change has a significant adverse effect on you, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you at least 1 month before it takes effect. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please stop using Samurkas Software and cancel your account.

Suspension or Termination of Your Account

Failure to comply with these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your account, other actions related to your account, or adjustment of how the Platform works for you. For example, if you miss payments, we may downgrade your paid plan to a free plan with fewer features.

Actions will depend on the nature of the non-compliance. In some cases, we may not suspend or terminate your account. However, repeated or serious non-compliance increases the likelihood of such measures. While we generally aim to notify you in advance, we are not obligated to do so. Prepaid fees are non-refundable.

If you believe your account was mistakenly terminated or encounter issues with these Terms or the Platform, please contact us via samurkas.net. We are committed to resolving issues in good faith, working together for at least a month to find a solution before any legal action is taken.
